Adela Lazăr

Vice President

I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Political Science, and I am an entrepreneur with extensive experience in consultancy and strategic advisory services. My professional background has shaped my ability to build sustainable projects, develop international collaborations, and advocate effectively for long-term systemic change.

Beyond my professional path, my personal life was profoundly transformed by the diagnosis of my son, Richard, with the rare genetic mutation LMBRD2. This moment marked a turning point, redefining both my priorities and my mission. As a parent directly affected by this rare condition, I understand deeply the uncertainty, fear, and urgent need for answers that families face following a genetic diagnosis.

In order to better support my son and to build a strong, informed relationship with him, I pursued internationally recognized training and certifications, including PECS Level 1 and Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) – Basic Level, along with numerous additional therapeutic courses in sensory integration, motor development, and related fields. These qualifications have equipped me not only with practical tools, but also with a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic approaches most relevant for children with complex neurodevelopmental needs.
